5+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Impeccable command of the English language
A portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical accuracy
Accuracy-first mindset: no typos, no sloppy files
Independent, reliable, and able to “make magic with the mundane”
Independent contractor role (1099)
Live design test required during the interview process
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (fiber optic is ideal) capable of supporting remote server access
Two-week trial period to ensure mutual fit
Starting pay: $35/hour during trial, with increase thereafter based on skill level
